Primary text
If the wife consents to remain with the husband when he is indigent regarding the dower, she does not have the right to dissolution based on his indigence concerning the dower. This is because the obligation of the dower payment does not renew daily, unlike maintenance. Furthermore, if a woman marries a man knowing he is indigent concerning the dower and consents to it, she should not possess the right to dissolution based on his indigence concerning the dower, as this is a condition she accepted at a point where, had she waived it then, the waiver would have been valid.
