If the wife is wealthy (mūsirah), does the husband have the right to restrain her (prevent her from leaving) when he cannot provide maintenance?

If the wife is wealthy, the husband does not have the right to restrain her. He only possesses the right to restrain her if he meets her basic needs and removes what she essentially lacks, and if he requires the consummation which is incumbent upon her. If both these conditions are absent, he does not have the right to restrain her.
