How are the maintenance (nafaqah), fitr charity (fitrah), and earnings (aksab) divided for a partially freed slave?

When a portion of a slave is decreed as free and the remainder as enslaved, the maintenance, fitr charity, and earnings during the slave's life are divided between the slave and his master proportionate to the degree of freedom and servitude present in the individual.
