What is the ruling if the son accepts the gift or bequest of the mother before the husband accepts?

If the son accepts first, the mother and her unborn child are emancipated by him due to his ownership share of the mother, and his share of the child follows. The emancipation then extends to the remaining portions of the mother and child. The husband must compensate the son for the value of his remaining shares in the mother and child.
