Does anal sexual intercourse (zina) between a man and a woman incur in-law prohibitions (tahrim)?
Chapter on What is Prohibited to Marry and Combining Between Them and Other Matters
Al-Mughni
Book of Marriage
Primary text
The prohibition arising from sexual intercourse applies equally to penetration in the front passage (qabul) and the rear passage (dubar) when committed in the act of adultery (zina). This is because the prohibition is established when it occurs involving a wife or a female slave; therefore, it is established in the case of adultery as well.
