Is the dower due if separation in an invalid marriage occurs after consummation?

If separation occurs after consummation, she is entitled to the dower. The evidence for this is the statement of the Prophet, peace be upon him: 'She has the dower for having made his private part permissible to him.' Even if coitus is repeated, the dower remains the same due to this Hadith, and because repetition constitutes multiple instances of intimacy under an invalid contract, analogous to intimacy under a sound contract.
