What happens to the marriage contract if a female adherent of the People of the Book converts to a religion other than that of the People of the Book while married to a Muslim?

If a female adherent of the People of the Book converts to a religion other than that of the People of the Book, she must be compelled to embrace Islam. If she does not convert until her waiting period (iddah) concludes, her marriage contract is dissolved.
