Is it permissible for a male slave to marry his son's female slave?

It is permissible for a male slave to marry his son's female slave. This is because the state of slavery severs his legal guardianship concerning his father and his father's wealth. Consequently, he does not manage his father's wealth or contracts his marriage, nor do they inherit from one another, placing him in the legal status of a non-relative to his father.
