Primary text
If a man purchases a female slave and has relations with her, it is permissible for him to subsequently purchase her sister, her paternal aunt, or her maternal aunt. Furthermore, it is permissible for him to purchase a Magian woman (Majusiyyah), an idol worshipper (Wathaniyyah), a woman undergoing the waiting period (mu'taddah), a married woman (muzawwajah), or women forbidden to him by fosterage (rada') or affinity (musaharaah). This permissibility stems from the fact that the intention behind ownership is wealth, not enjoyment.
