Is it permissible for a woman to sit uncovered in thin clothing before her husband inside the house?

It is permissible for a woman to sit before her husband inside their home while uncovered and wearing thin clothing. Imam Ahmad, according to the narration of Ja'far ibn Muhammad, permitted this practice.
Supporting text
If the woman goes outside the house with her head uncovered, even if no one else is present in the house except her husband, this permission extends to that as well.
