What is the legal ruling for a woman whose hymen has ruptured due to something other than sexual intercourse?

Primary text
A woman whose hymen ruptures due to an event like jumping, a severe menstrual flow, or insertion of a finger or stick, retains the legal status of a virgin (bikr). This ruling is attributed to Ibn Hamid because the intended purpose of intercourse was not experienced, and penetration of the vagina did not occur, thus resembling one who has never lost her virginity. The evidence supporting this is based on the nature of the act, as the primary element of full penetration was absent.
