What is the legal status of a Mudabbara, Umm Walad, or a conditionally manumitted female slave regarding rulings applied to a regular slave?

Primary text
The legal ruling concerning the Mudabbara (a slave willed to be freed upon the master's death), the Umm Walad (a slave who bore her master a child), and a conditionally manumitted female slave is the same as that applied to a chattel slave (Qinn) because they all possess an inherent defect due to servitude (Riq). However, the child of the Umm Walad and the Mudabbara holds the status of being a slave subject to the ruling of their mother's status.
