What is the legal status when a People of the Book (Dhimmi) marries a divorced woman and consummates the marriage, and then the original husband issues three divorces?

If a Dhimmi marries a woman and consummates the marriage, she becomes permissible for her original husband who had pronounced three divorces, regardless of whether the original husband was a Muslim or a non-believer when he issued the three divorces.
