Can a male slave marry a female slave?

A male slave is permitted to marry a female slave even if the two standard conditions (implied to be for a free man marrying a free woman, or perhaps conditions related to the status of the wife) are absent, because he is considered equal to her, just as a free man is equal to a free woman. Furthermore, a slave may marry two female slaves simultaneously or one after the other, because the fear of hardship or being overwhelmed is not a prerequisite for him.
