Is marriage permissible for one who experiences temporary lucidity?

Primary text
Marriage is not permissible for an individual who experiences lucidity intermittently unless that individual grants permission. This is because they possess the capacity for self-contract, and anyone capable of contracting marriage for themselves is not subject to guardianship (*wilayah*), similar to a sane person. This applies especially when the loss of reason is due to an affliction like epilepsy or a temporary illness, as guardianship over their property is not established in such cases, making guardianship over their person even less applicable.
