Is marriage permissible with someone who does not affirm the succession of the four Caliphs (Arba'ah)?

One must not marry or interact socially with anyone who does not accept the rightful succession of Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, and Ali (may Allah be pleased with them) in the Caliphate.
Supporting text
The ruling of Qadi indicates that the marriage of a mere follower (muqallid) who holds such views is valid, but the marriage of one who actively calls others to this belief (da'iyah) is invalid.
