Primary text

Marriage to a Waqifi individual is to be dissolved if that person actively debates and propagates their beliefs. If they do not engage in advocacy, the ruling is contingent on the view regarding the caller (da'iyah).

Supporting text

The view of Qadi states that the marriage of a mere follower (muqallid) among them is valid, whereas the marriage of one who is an active caller (da'iyah) among them is invalid.
