Can a master compel a fully enslaved person (Qinn) into marriage?

A master has the right to compel his enslaved person into marriage. This is justified because he possesses the right to benefit from the slave, such as utilizing or leasing the slave's services, and therefore possesses the right to arrange their marriage, just as he possesses the right to take compensation for any of the slave's benefits.
