Can a master compel marriage for a contracted slave (Mukatabah)?

Primary text
A master cannot compel marriage for a Mukatabah because she is treated as one who is outside his ownership. This is evidenced by the fact that the master cannot have sexual intercourse with her, lease her services, is not obligated to provide her maintenance, and her dowry does not go to him; thus, she is treated like a slave whose freedom is established.
