Primary text
If one contracting party knows Arabic and the other does not, the one who knows Arabic must use the Arabic formulation, and the other party may use their own language. If one party does not understand the language used by the other, a trustworthy person who knows both languages must inform them that the utterance used by the other party is the specific formula for marriage ('inkah or tazwij).
