Primary text
Insanity establishes the option for dissolution, whether it is continuous or intermittent, because the spouse's soul finds no repose in one in such a state. However, if the condition is merely a sickness causing fainting followed by recovery, it is an illness that does not establish the option for dissolution. If the illness ceases but the fainting persists, it is treated like insanity and establishes the option.
