What is the ruling on the guardian's substitution when the slave becomes free and there is a dispute among guardians?

If the dispute among the two guardians occurs before a judge (Hakim), the judge shall appoint someone to replace the one who is obstructive. This is because upon emancipation, the woman becomes a free person, and control over her marriage becomes her right.
