Primary text

If the husband claims an act that necessitates the dissolution of the marriage, and the wife denies it, the marriage is dissolved. This is because he is admitting to the nullification of his marriage and the forfeiture of his right, which is analogous to a situation where he claims she is his wet-nurse sister, and she denies it.
