What is the ruling regarding the *mahr* if a marriage contract, deemed valid, is annulled after consummation?
General Chapter

Book of Marriage
Primary text
In every instance where the marriage contract is annulled despite being considered valid, if the separation occurs before consummation, the wife receives nothing. If the separation occurs after consummation, she is entitled to the stipulated dower (*al-musamma*) because the annulment occurs subsequent to a valid marriage, resembling divorce.
