What is the ruling on simultaneously contracting marriage to two sisters, an aunt, or a maternal aunt?
Chapter on What is Prohibited to Marry and Combining Between Them and Other Matters

Primary text
The simultaneous marriage contract to a woman and her sister, paternal aunt, or maternal aunt is invalid for both women. Because it is impossible to validate the contract for only one without disadvantaging the other, the contract is void for both, similar to contracting marriage to a woman for two men simultaneously. This principle applies even if one attempts to marry five women in one contract, which invalidates all of them.
