What is the ruling if a son has sexual intercourse with his father's female slave, knowing it is forbidden?

The son is subject to the prescribed legal punishment (*hadd*) for having sexual intercourse with his father's female slave while knowing the prohibition. The resulting offspring is not legally attributed to him (no lineage established), and the slave does not become an *Umm Walad* (mother of his child). This is because the son possesses neither ownership nor a semblance of ownership over the slave, thus equating the act to intercourse with a non-relative woman.
