A boy who has not reached seven years of age has no *awrah* whose viewing is prohibited.
Supporting text
It is narrated that while Ibn Abi Layla and his father were with the Prophet (peace be upon him), Al-Hasan came and rolled around, causing the front of his garment to lift, and the Prophet kissed his navel area (*zubaybah*).
