Does a woman looking upon a man's private parts with desire prohibit marriage?

If a woman looks upon a man's private parts with desire, the ruling regarding prohibition is the same as her looking upon a woman's private parts. This was explicitly stated by Ahmad, as the act is one that necessitates prohibition, thus equating man and woman in this matter, just as in sexual intercourse. Similarly, her touching or kissing him with desire should carry the same ruling based on the preceding reasoning.
