Is a bequest valid if it concerns what the testator receives from the wealth of the indentured servant under an invalid contract?

Primary text
The bequest is valid if the testator states, "I bequeathed to you what I receive from the wealth of the indentured servitude." This is upheld because payments are rendered concerning invalid servitude contracts, just as they are rendered concerning valid ones. Therefore, the receivable amount is considered part of the testator's estate.
