Is it permissible for a person to perform Hajj if doing so requires spending their necessary funds?

It is not permissible for a person to perform Hajj if the journey necessitates spending money required for their necessities. This ruling applies to the principle that one should not spend that which is needed for their sustenance on Hajj.
