What is the judicial ruling if a Harbī master and his Mukatab (indentured slave) enter Muslim territory under a guarantee of safety (Aman)?

If the Harbī master and his Mukatab enter under Aman, the judge shall not interfere unless they bring a dispute before him. If they do, the judge examines their case. If their indenture contract is valid, the judge enforces its ruling; if it is invalid, the judge clarifies its invalidity to them.
