Is a Mukatab's marriage valid if his master gives permission?

If the master permits the Mukatab to marry, the marriage is valid according to all scholars. The hadith indicates through its understood meaning that marriage is valid when permission is given. The prohibition on his marriage is for the master's right, so when permission is given, the impediment is removed. If a regular slave is permitted to marry, it is valid, so a Mukatab has even more right to this.
