Whose is the right of allegiance (*wala'*) when a slave is freed through a bequested manumission contract?

If the manumission takes effect, the right of allegiance belongs to the testator (the one who bequeathed the *kitabah*), just as it would if the master had bequeathed his immediate freedom.
