What is the ruling if the contracted person requests a delay to sell other existing wealth to acquire the agreed-upon type of wealth?

If the contracted person possesses wealth of a different kind than that specified in the *Kitabah* contract and requests a delay to sell it and acquire the correct type, a delay must be granted.
