What is the ruling if the master bequeaths the payment of the slave's debt to his creditors?

Primary text
If the master bequeathed the payment of the debt to the creditors, the settlement of that debt becomes specifically appointed, similar to a bequest constituting a gift to them. If the bequest was only for the general settlement of his debts, the writing slave must gather the heirs and the executor for the debt payment and deliver the money in their presence. This is because the estate money belongs to the heirs, and they have the right to settle the debt from it or other assets. The executor also has a right in settling the debt because the heirs can prevent them from disposing of the estate before the debt is settled.
