If a father acknowledges the fetus and subsequently denies paternity after birth, is the denial valid?

If the father acknowledges the fetus during pregnancy, and then denies paternity after the child is born, the denial is permissible based on the scholarly position that acknowledgment during pregnancy is invalid. The negation of lineage remains possible because the acknowledgment itself lacked legal finality.
