Both twins are attributed to him. The argument against negating the silent twin—that denying the brother implies denying the unity of the pregnancy—is rejected because establishing lineage is based on the dominant possibility and affirmation through mere potentiality, even without proven intercourse. Negation does not invalidate this potentiality, causing the cases to diverge.
