What is the ruling on demanding the Hadd punishment for defamation if the victim was the wife, she was defamed, and she died after demanding the punishment?

Primary text
If a husband defamed his wife and she died after demanding the Hadd punishment, her right to enforcement passes to her male paternal relatives (Asabat) other than the husband. If the husband is her only male relative (Asaba), the right lapses because she has no other eligible enforcer. If she has other male paternal relatives besides the husband, they have the right to demand it, and it does not lapse, as each remaining relative has the right to enforce the entirety of the punishment, unlike Qisas.
