What is the ruling when there is a dispute concerning slander regarding disbelief (*Kufr*) or enslavement (*Riqq*) or the time of the act?

When parties dispute the timing of the slander concerning disbelief or enslavement, both claims are established because there is no contradiction between them, unless both claims specify the exact same date. In one established view, if the dates are identical, both claims are nullified. In another view, a draw (*Qur'ah*) is cast between them, and the claim corresponding to the drawn lot is prioritized.
