Is the testimony valid if two witnesses who previously accused the defendant of slandering them later testify that he slandered his wife, after reconciliation?

Primary text
If two witnesses first claim the defendant slandered them, then pardon him and remove the enmity, and subsequently testify that he slandered his wife, their testimony is accepted. This acceptance is granted because the witnesses were not disqualified (for enmity) concerning this specific testimony (the slander against the wife).
