Is the declaration of unintentional utterance accepted after an oath of *Ila'*?

If an Arabic speaker performs *Ila'* in Arabic and then claims it occurred merely by chance upon his tongue without intention, or if a non-native speaker claims this regarding his utterance in a non-Arabic language, the claim is not accepted in legal judgment because it contradicts the apparent meaning of the action.
