If the eunuch whose testicles were removed or crushed retains enough of his organ for intercourse, or if the man who is a Mughbuh (lacking seminal vesicles or testicles) retains enough of his organ for intercourse, then his Iila' is valid because he is capable of intercourse, even if he secretes a thin fluid.
