Is intercourse performed by one in Ihram or performing Zihar considered fulfillment of the wife's right regarding Ila'?

For one who has sworn Ila' and subsequently has intercourse while he is in the state of Ihram or has pronounced Zihar upon his wife, this act fulfills her right concerning the Ila'. This act differs from anal intercourse because anal intercourse does not constitute nullification (Hinth) nor is it a permissible site for intercourse, unlike the lawful intercourse mentioned in the primary ruling.
