Is a man considered a Muuli if he swears, 'By God, I will not have intercourse with you bad intercourse (juma' suu')' under any circumstance?

A man who swears, 'By God, I will not have intercourse with you bad intercourse' is never considered a Muuli because he has sworn off an undesired description (the 'bad' intercourse) rather than swearing off intercourse itself.
