Can the master claim rights regarding the child born to a female slave after manumission?

Primary text
The community (Ummah) holds the right to claim regarding the child born to a female slave, just as the free woman does, irrespective of whether the former master pardoned or did not pardon the claim. This is because the right belongs to the community, as the benefit derived from the child accrues to them. Therefore, if the community foregoes the claim, the former master has no right to demand it because the right does not belong to him.
