A minor or an insane woman cannot demand the fulfillment of the vow of *Ila'* (oath not to have intercourse) because their declaration is not considered valid. Furthermore, their guardian cannot demand it on their behalf because this matter pertains to sexual relations (*shahwa*), and no one can substitute for them in this regard.
