Is an oath conditional upon an event certainly occurring within four months considered an Iilaa'?

Primary text
If the condition is an event known or strongly presumed to occur in less than four months, such as the wilting of greens, the drying of clothes, the arrival of seasonal rain, or the return of pilgrims at their expected time, it is not an Iilaa'. This is because the intent was not to abstain from intercourse for more than four months, similar to swearing not to have intercourse for only one month.
