Is an oath not to have intercourse during forbidden states (menstruation, post-natal bleeding, ritual sanctity, fasting) considered Ila'?

Primary text
An oath stating, "By Allah, I will not approach you while you are menstruating (ha'id), or in post-natal bleeding (nifas), or while observing Ihram (ritual sanctity), or while fasting," does not constitute Ila'. This is because the husband has merely affirmed a prohibition already mandated by Sharia, thereby reinforcing the existing prohibition with his oath.
