Does an oath not to have intercourse in a state of purity or lawfully constitute Ila'?

An oath stating, "By Allah, I will not approach you while you are pure (tahir)" or "I will not approach you with lawful intercourse (watan mubah)" constitutes Ila'. This is because the husband has sworn to abstain from the intercourse that is demanded of him upon reconciliation (fi'ah), thus falling under the ruling of Ila', similar to swearing not to perform intercourse through the vagina.
