Does appointing an agent to perform an act one swore an oath to perform (affirmative oath) cause violation?

Primary text
If a person swears affirmatively to perform an action, such as buying, selling, or striking, and appoints an agent to do it, the oath is fulfilled (*barr*). This is consistent with the principle established in negative oaths: the action performed by the agent fulfills the commitment. Evidence for this is the Prophet's prayer, "May Allah have mercy on those who shaved (their heads)," which included those who shaved their heads by his command.
